Hello! Welcome to my website. My name is Stacey French, and I have been reaping the benefits of aromatherapy for over 10 years. After I graduated from college, I experienced the most stressful days of my life. Unable to find a dream job nearby, I accepted a position across the country. During that first couple of years at my job, I worked grueling long hours. I also missed my family and friends back home terribly. Involved in a new relationship, I struggled to find time for my career responsibilities and my significant other. With all of the chaos in my life, I often felt as if I needed a mental holiday.
Thankfully, a friend at work noticed my frazzled state of mind. She suggested that I begin using aromatherapy to calm my nerves and help me feel better. At first, I was skeptical. I went home and researched aromatherapy on reputable health websites. Then, I decided that I had nothing to lose. I purchased some essential oils and scented candles. I also planted a small herb garden in my kitchen windowsill. After a few days of using these items, I felt the fog lifting from my mind. I became more focused and determined to accomplish all of my goals. I created this website in order to help others struggling with the mental and physical annoyances of life.
