Shipments on all orders are sent promptly. We process your order within one business day after you place your order, but could take up to two business days.

All shipments will be sent by Canpar Ground or Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service unless otherwise instructed. Canpar is our default shipper in most areas.

Most packages will arrive between 4 and 7 business days. 

(As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an e-mail containing the shipping tracking number. You can also track your shipping in Order Tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone. )

All orders placed on this site must be prepaid. Payments can be done with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, money order or certified check. If paying by money order or certified check orders will be sent after we have received and cleared the check and money order.

Pricing

Pricing of products does not include shipping and handling or any applicable taxes and insurance coverage.

 Handling Charges.

We pay $3.00 per package (box, envelope, etc) in handling charges to our supplier with orders less than $25.00 up to and including $25.00. This is over and above the shipping cost charged by the shipping company. Because we have no minimum order and many of our products prices are well below $10.00 we lose money on these orders, making it impractical for us. Orders above $25.00 will not be charged a handling fee.

Please Note

Once an Essential Oil or Aromatherapy product is opened it is considered contaminated.Therefore we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged upon receipt and if returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
